Q. I have just taken out a new subscription with BT/Talk Talk and received my YouView Box, do I need a working TV aerial?
A. Yes. Youview Boxes provided by BT and Talk Talk require a working digital aerial. If you book with us to install your digital aerial, we will also setup your new set top box free of charge and get it all up and running for you, including connecting it to your home wifi.
Q. Why is my TV picture breaking up and sometimes displaying weak or no signal?
A. If you are suffering from pixelation, picture break up and messages saying no signal, this is generally because your signal strength is low or in some cases too strong. Q. I’ve just bought a new build home which has aerial sockets on the walls, why is my TV displaying no signal?
A. The majority of new build homes are pre-cabled with aerial sockets and cabling but no aerial. If you enter your loft space, this is where the cables for those sockets are coiled up and left ready to be connected to a digital aerial or a satellite system such as Sky or Freesat. With new build homes we aim to keep everything inside of the loft space, if you’re in a relatively good signal area, we can install the digital aerial inside the loft to keep it neat and tidy and not visible from outside of the property.
Q. How do you know you’re going to get a good TV signal?

A. Every installation is meter tested with a spectrum analyser. We aim for the best possible signal achievable which is why we use the very best quality equipment to test signal strengths and quality. Q. Are we properly insured and is there a guarantee on our work?
A. Yes, we have all the appropriate insurance in place and no matter how big or small the job is we do for you, all work is guaranteed for 12 months from the date work is completed.
Q. Is there a call out charge?
A. No, we do not have any call out charges.
Q. Am I going have to pay VAT on top of price quoted?
A. No we are not VAT registered, therefore you will not be charged VAT.
Q. Will there be any other costs involved?
A. No. We carry out free onsite surveys and quotations and we stick to the price quoted!
Q. Do you do OAP discount?
A. Yes we do. We offer a 25% discount for OAP’s.
